Jetpass Terms & Conditions — Complete Terms and Policies for Using the Platform

1. General Terms & Introduction

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

Jetpass supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20) for deposits. Funds are typically credited to your wallet within 1–3 minutes of a successful deposit.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳300 for Rocket. Jetpass does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.

4. Withdrawal Policy

A sufficient real money balance must be available in your wallet to make a withdrawal. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be converted to real money upon meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ৳5,00,000. VIP accounts have a significantly higher limit. KYC documents may be required for your first withdrawal or for any withdrawal exceeding ৳1,00,000.

A wagering requirement means you must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing any bonus funds. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before making a withdrawal.

• Each member may benefit from a promotion only once.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the exact moment you submit your bet are final — any subsequent changes will not apply to bets already placed.

• Bets are refunded if a match is abandoned or cancelled before it begins.
• If more than half of a match has been played, the result will generally stand.
• If any selection in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it is removed and the remaining selections are settled accordingly.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Upon request, any pending balance will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed.

Jetpass reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Registration with false information or KYC fraud.
• Serious security-related concerns.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.
